Refund and Returns Policy

At Awrrache LLC, we strive to provide a seamless experience with our software solutions. We have a clear and fair return policy to ensure satisfaction while protecting the integrity of our digital license keys.
1. Return Window
We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the date of purchase.
Unlike physical goods that can be returned in 30 days, software licenses are sensitive data. Therefore, you have 7 days to request a refund or exchange if the product is defective or does not work as described.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item (License Key) must be in the same condition that you received it:
Unused: The key must not have been activated on any device.
Defective: If the key fails to activate due to a technical error, you must provide a screenshot of the error message to our support team.
> Note: Once a license key has been successfully activated and linked to your device/account, it is considered “used” and cannot be returned.
3. How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at help@awrrache.com.
Please include your Order Number and a description of the issue.
Since this is a digital product, you do not need to print a shipping label or mail anything back to us. Our team will verify the key’s status electronically.
If your return is accepted, we will process the refund immediately or provide a replacement key, depending on your preference.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception (check your email inbox). Contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong version (e.g., Windows instead of Mac) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of scenarios are exempt from returns:
Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if you simply decided you no longer want the software after receiving the working key.
Incompatible Hardware: Returns are not accepted if your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements mentioned on the product page.
Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards unless they are defective.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being sold into the European Union, you generally have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
However, by purchasing digital content (Software License) from Awrrache LLC and downloading/accessing the key, you acknowledge that performance has begun and you expressly waive your right of withdrawal once the digital key has been delivered to you.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact our support. If you purchased the wrong edition by mistake (and have not used the key), let us know, and we will exchange it for the correct edition instantly.
8. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve inspected your request and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
