Awrrache LLC represents a secure and transparent billing environment. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following billing terms and conditions.

1. Payment Methods

4. Taxes

Awrrache LLC is a registered company in New Mexico, USA.

  • Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your location and state regulations.

  • International Orders: For customers outside the US, you are responsible for any applicable VAT or digital goods taxes required by your local jurisdiction.

5. Order Confirmation

After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details and invoice. This email serves as your receipt. If you do not receive it within 10 minutes, please check your Spam folder or contact help@awrrache.com.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

We take fraud and unauthorized chargebacks seriously.

  • Contact Us First: If you do not recognize a charge from “Awrrache LLC” on your statement, please contact us immediately at +1 (505) 441-7647 or help@awrrache.com before contacting your bank.

  • Fraudulent Chargebacks: If a customer initiates a chargeback for a valid license key that was delivered and used, we reserve the right to:

    1. Permanently ban the user from our store.

    2. Revoke the software license immediately (Remote Deactivation).

    3. Report the incident to credit bureaus and fraud prevention agencies.

7. Refund Policy Reference

All billing disputes are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy. As we sell digital goods, refunds are generally only issued for defective keys or technical issues that cannot be resolved within 7 days.
